Media Room

A properly designed and installed Media Room will not only rival your local cinema in video and audio quality... it will surpass it!  Proper design takes into account audio and video considerations.  But before we begin the design process we need some information from you.

·       How many people will be in the media room at one time?

·       Are there other uses of the room that we need to accommodate?  Does the media area double as a family room or game room?

·       Are you willing to make the room totally dark for the best possible picture quality or do you need some ambient light in the room?

·       Will you be listening to music in this room?  How often?  Do you want this music to be reproduced in other areas on the property?

·       Should the room resemble a mini-Cineplex or should the home theater be incorporated into an existing living or family room or cabinet?  

After discussing your needs, priorities and budget we will propose a system that:

·       Offers the best type of display (CRT, Plasma, Projector or rear projection) for your needs

·       Features and audio system that fits your budget, and is best tailored to your needs with the right components and speakers.

We also look at these important factors:

·       Placement of doors and windows in the room.

·       Wall construction as well as floor and ceiling spans that can affect the sound quality of the room.

·       Soundproofing and acoustic treatment if necessary.
